Banana and Peanut Butter Protein Shake


This is a super easy-to-make protein shake. You just need peanut butter, a banana, and your preferred protein powder. Don't add ice because it is better to put in a frozen banana to achieve a cold and smooth texture. Find an all-natural peanut butter without added ingredients to it.
